Delivery Prices for UK Customers

On orders received for stock items prior to 10.00am we will endeavor to provide a next day delivery service utilising either Royal Mail First class Signed For, Royal Mail Special Delivery, Royal Mail Standard Parcels or Interlink Express, according to the size and weight of the items purchased and the choice of delivery selected.

Special Promotions

From time to time we may offer Free Delivery on certain items as a Special Promotion. Additional items purchased in the same transaction as an item offered with Free Delivery will also be delivered free of charge.

Orders from Outside the UK

If you are ordering from outside the UK please contact us and we will notify you of postage charges applicable for delivery to your country.

Please be advised - Although we will do our best to meet the above delivery times, they are subject to matters out of Allaboutanglingmad.co.uk control, such as severe weather conditions, industrial action by delivery company staff, lost parcels, theft, etc. Every attempt will be made to get your order to you on time, however Allaboutanglingmad.co.uk will not be held responsible for late arrivals.

If we do not have the goods in stock you will be notified by e-mail with an approximate delivery date. Your order will be put on hold until the goods reach us and then be dispatched as soon as the goods come back into stock.

All items are subject to the manufacturer's guarantee (usually 12 months but check individual manufacturer's guarantee policy). All goods sold comply with current legislation and customers are reminded that these terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

If you believe that goods you have purchased are defective please report this as soon as possible to our customer services. If the goods are within the the manufacturer's guarantee period we will arrange to repair, replace or credit the goods as per the manufacturer's guarantee. It may be necessary to inspect the goods in which case you should return them by post, as notified by us, and obtain a certificate of postage. Postage will be refunded if the returned item has a fault covered under the terms of the manufacturer's warranty. Should the inspection prove the fault to be the result of customer misuse then postage will not be refunded and a service/handling fee of £10.00 will apply.
